How it takes place
is PRP a skin renewal treatment?
- 1.Specialist medical consultation
As PRP is an injectable treatment, it can only be performed by a doctor, so you will consult your doctor from the first time you have it. During the consultation, we will assess your suitability, take your medical history and discuss your ideas and treatment options. If there is no reason not to, you can have PRP treatment at your first appointment. - 2.Treatment
The first step in the treatment is to take a blood sample. Your blood is drawn into two tubes (2x8 ml), which are placed in a special machine - this machine separates the blood cells from the plasma by centrifugation. Then we prepare the serum. While the machine is working, a numbing cream is applied to the area to be treated. After numbing, apply 2-3 millilitres of the ready-to-use PRP serum to the cleansed area, applying a thick layer of PRP serum - approx. every 1 cm - injected at skin level. The treatment ends with icing. - 3.After PRP treatment
Redness, swelling and sensitivity will disappear within a few days. PROHIBITED after treatment- Use of cosmetics and make-up for 24 hours,
- 5 days of intense sweating sports, sauna,
- Sunbathing, sunbeds and sunscreen are recommended for 1 week.
