   Aesthetic consultation
   In all cases, the treatment is preceded by a thorough consultation to measure the thickness and density of the fat layer and to assess your suitability for treatment.

   Treatment
   A special protective membrane (Cool Gel Pad) is placed on the area to be treated before starting the fat freezing process. This ensures that freezing only occurs at the cellular level, without damaging the skin and other tissues. The applicator (or applicators) most suited to the area(s) to be treated is (are) applied and the individually calibrated treatment is started. The vacuum sucks in the area to be treated in a targeted manner and the controlled cooling process begins. Depending on the size of the treated area, the treatment lasts 50-70 minutes. 4 applicators in 3 areas at the same time can freeze fat. At the end of the treatment, we use manual and mechanical massage to break up the fat cells (this can be a little uncomfortable), which are then removed from the body through lymphatic circulation.

   After the Cooltech Define treatment
   The treated area may be red and possibly haematoma-like, so avoid hot baths, saunas and tanning beds until symptoms have resolved, but daily activity can be resumed after treatment. There may be temporary numbness or numbness in the area, but this will go away after a few days or a few weeks.
   After the treatment (and of course afterwards), it is recommended to drink plenty of fluids to help eliminate toxins and later the fat cells that have been destroyed. Regular, light exercise is also important to boost metabolism and prevent weight gain.
   The final results of the treatment are seen after about 6-8 weeks.
4. 4.
   Repeat and/or combination of treatments
   If more than one session is needed in the same area, a repeat session is possible after 8 weeks and up to 4 treatments can be used in the same area.
