Dietetics

Dietetics plays a key role in our aesthetic centre, as our dermatologists and medical aestheticians often encounter patients with more complex skin problems, partly due to lifestyle and dietary habits. Many conditions related to digestion and metabolism can cause skin problems, so it is important that we can provide full in-house advice.

The dietetic test

and advice

Our clinically experienced dietitian provides up-to-date and balanced nutritional advice, as well as individualised dietary advice to complement therapies for various diseases.

The dietetic assessment and advice process

The dietitian will first assess the patient's eating habits, nutritional status, current and previous illnesses and therapies during a consultation.

Applied tests:

  • anthropometric tests: height, weight, BMI measurement
  • diagnostic tests: determination of body fat percentage, diet diary analysis

During the counselling session, the specialist will place great emphasis on food choices, aspects of raw material selection, purchasing options (including food ordering) and kitchen procedures to be recommended and avoided.

Based on the information discussed during the consultation, the dietitian will help you to develop a personalised, practical nutrition plan focused on your individual problems. This plan empowers patients to make informed and correct choices about their diet and nutrition.

"Our body is the garden, our will is the gardener."
