   Medical consultation and examination
   Intimate laser treatment is always preceded by a personal consultation and a negative cytology report no more than six months old. If you don't have one, come to our gynaecology clinic and have it done before your treatment.

   Treatment
   A) - Intimate(internal) laser treatment of the vagina: the treatment parameters can be customized, ensuring maximum safety, precision and control. The first step is to disinfect the external genitalia and the vaginal wall. The vaginal wall is then wiped dry - this is necessary because the_CO2 laser is absorbed in the fluid between the tissues. The thumb wall is held in place by a special applicator and this ensures the correct positioning of the handpiece. This is coated with a non-water-based lubricant. We insert the applicator and the laser head. The treatment takes 10-15 minutes and is completely painless. It really is. 🙂
   B) - Laser treatment of the external intimate area(s): the intimate area must be completely shaved the day before the treatment! Before starting treatment, the area to be treated is disinfected. The laser beam gently exfoliates the dead, thickened upper layer of skin on the labia minora and labia majora. The laser beam creates tiny coagulation points on the epithelial layer, which triggers collagen regeneration. The treatment takes about. It takes 20 minutes, with minimal inconvenience at most.

   After the_CO2REIntima treatment
   A) - After internal intimate laser treatment, daily activities can be resumed. You may experience vaginal discomfort and minimal lower abdominal pain on the day of treatment. Acid secretions may last from 1-2 days to 1 week, or in some cases (e.g. vaginal atrophy) coloured secretions may occur for a few days. After treatment
   • Do not sunbathe or go to a solarium for 1-2 days,
   • Avoid sex for 2-3 days,
   • No sitting baths, bath tubs or saunas for 4-5 days.
   B) - 1-2 days after laser treatment of the external intimate area(s)
   • do not sunbathe, do not go to a solarium,
   • avoid sex, and
   • the sitz bath, bath tub, sauna.
4. 4.
   Reproduction
   Following laser treatment of the vaginal wall, improvement is usually seen after the first treatment, but 3-4 treatments are needed to achieve lasting results, and should be carried out monthly. For external areas, 3-5 treatments are required, depending on age, at intervals of 3-4 weeks.
